We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to operate the community, provide requested access, support members, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Club V receives through this website, its community, support communications, optional paid offerings, and related services. Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with Club V, we may receive:

Contact and profile information such as your name, email address, username, social handle, or profile details.
Community content such as introductions, messages, applications, questions, submissions, support requests, and call participation.
Account and transaction information such as your membership level, purchase status, billing contact details, and support history. Payment processors generally handle full card details.
Technical and usage information such as IP address, device or browser type, page visits, referral information, timestamps, and security logs.

Club V currently links to services such as Discord and social platforms; when you follow those links, the destination service may collect data under its own policy.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including operating the community, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the platform that holds it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You should protect your account credentials and notify us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us. You can also leave the Discord community, change platform settings, or unsubscribe from optional communications where available. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required for legal, security, anti-fraud, payment, or recordkeeping purposes. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights.

9. Children’s privacy

Club V is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Club V, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Users under the age of majority should participate only with parent or guardian permission.

10. International use

Club V may be accessed from different countries, and service providers may process information in locations other than where you live. Data protection rules may differ across those locations. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed where Club V or its providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We may update this policy as Club V changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through an appropriate Club V channel.

13. Members portal

If you sign in to the members portal at /portal, we store your Discord user ID, display name, avatar link, your Club V server roles, when you signed in, and the level goals you tick off. We use this only to decide which guides and call notes you can open. Sign-in uses your Discord account; we never see your Discord password. Notes from recorded Club V calls (summaries, and for admins full transcripts) are kept in the portal for members of the server. Ask an admin in the Discord to remove your data.
